I am currently seeking a a Land Development solicitor to join the Real Estate department of a well established full service law firm based in Bournemouth.
This role would require you to hit the ground running, taking over an existing, busy caseload.
My client is one of the larger firms in Dorset, with 70+ staff across multiple offices.
The applicant must have a genuine passion for legal work and will be highly motivated, very organised, and able to work under pressure as part of a busy team.
The successful applicant must also be flexible and willing to undertake varied responsibilities.
A minimum of 2 PQE with a focus on land development experience is essential.
Competitive salary depending on experience, with flexible working arrangements offered.
There would also be partnerships prospects for the right candidate.
Salary: DoE
Schedule: Full-time, Permanent, Mon - Fri, flexible arrangements (WFH)
