KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting in HR duties such as the onboarding process and initial induction of new employees, booking and managing employee annual leave.
- Organisation and maintenance of the office environment including cleanliness, access to equipment.
- Assisting with travel, expenses, purchasing and invoicing.
- Supporting internal operations with planning events, internal communications, compliance training and management.
- Procurement administrative duties including contract and framework support, supplier and portal management.
YOU WILL BE:
- An individual with hospitality or office experience, that demonstrates proactivity and being highly organised.
- An ambitious person who shows initiative and willingness to develop.
- Ideally would have excellent knowledge of Office 365 applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Viva Engage and Microsoft Teams.
