We are seeking an experienced and strategic interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our start up bank client. The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, overseeing financial planning, and ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
- Previous experience in a similar role to stand up the Bank for launch and also considering the structure in the team.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term goals.
- Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide guidance and growth the finance structure and team
