Job Title: Practice Manager
Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
Location: Pershore
Job type: Full time (37.5 hours p/w)
My client is team of passionate accountants and industry experts who give a personal approach to accounting and tax. They are on the hunt for an ambitious and enthusiastic Finance and Practice Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accountancy practice and act as the central point of coordination for staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in the production of monthly management accounts, KPI's and other financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assist with the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
- Management of the sales ledger including direct debit collections and credit control
- Ensure excellent client service standards and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Adhoc tasks
About you:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified having trained in Practice.
- 2 years post qualification experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks
