Role: Health Care Assistant / Support Worker

What You'll Do:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes or care facilities.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Support clients with mobility, administering medication, and monitoring their health.
- Offer emotional and social support to promote independence and well-being.
What We're Looking For:
- Caring and compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in care (preferred but not required-full training provided).
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
