The Employment, Labor, and Pensions Group, one of the largest in the world, is seeking an Associate with 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience to join their energetic team in Edinburgh. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile employment cases across various sectors, while collaborating directly with partners and managing diverse client demands.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in a national team and managing international stakeholder relationships is essential. Candidates should be responsive to change and capable of delivering innovative, commercial solutions that maximize client value. Additionally, training skills for the design and delivery of bespoke training material will be an advantage, along with excellent IT skills to provide innovative advice solutions.
