Description
- Support the HR department in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Handle the recruitment process, from job posting and interviewing to employment contracts.
- Assist in performance management processes and employee relations issues.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Oversee and administer employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Participate in the development of organisational policies and procedures.
- Part-time, 24 hours a week across Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Hybrid working opportunity, remote working available on Fridays.
Profile
A successful HR Generalist should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR professional.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Understanding of payroll practices
- Excellent communication skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
