Repairs and Operations Coordinator Part time

Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Repairs and Operations Coordinator to work within Bournemouth. The team are responsible for dealing with all customer contacts over the telephone and face to face so an ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills is essential. The role includes managing telephone calls and emails from our residents diagnosing the repair required and booking appointments. The candidate will be required to work under pressure and be able to use their own initiative to deal with a variety of challenging and difficult situations. We are looking for a strong team player who is proactive and effective at delivering the best customer service.

Some Key Information is Highlighted Below:

Rate: £15.67 per hour.

Hours: 20 hours per week - Part time role. Flexible on working days.

Contract: 8 month temp contract.

Working Arrangements: This role will be office based initially, moving to a mixture of office and working from home, following intensive training of 4 - 6 weeks.

Dress Code: Business Casual.
