Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee the delivery of the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with both customers and contractors.
- Create and distribute regular customer communications.
- Hold regular owners' meetings, both individually and in groups.
- Plan, attend, and manage evening AGMs for portfolio sites.
- Instruct and monitor both reactive and proactive repairs.
- Manage and coordinate the customer insurance claims process.
- Conduct regular property visits.
- Previous experience in a property role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Office 365.
- Ability to meet targets.
- Performs well under pressure.
- Previous experience with a CRM system is preferable but not essential.
