Customer Service Advisor
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £24,900, upon completion of your 6-month probation you'll receive a salary increase and a further increase after 12 months.
Working hours: You will work a 7-hour shift on a rotating three-week schedule, with department hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Our client in Hemel Hempstead, has been supporting customers across the UK for over 20 years and is looking to expand its customer service team. Based in their modern and trendy offices in Hemel Hempstead, this role offers hybrid working after training.

About the role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, offering them a first-class experience when they reach out to business. Your role will involve:
- Answering customer enquiries over the phone and providing accurate information about the services.
- Recording the nature of each enquiry to ensure there's a clear record of customer contact.
- Building a strong understanding of the business to effectively resolve customer queries.
What is the client looking for:
- A strong background in customer service and administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A background in housing is advantageous but not essential.
