We are seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team on a part-time basis. This rare remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while providing legal expertise to a dynamic company based in the heart of Surrey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with the ability to handle a wide range of legal matters.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Advising the company on legal matters related to corporate governance, business operations, and compliance.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts and agreements.
  • Providing legal guidance on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Keeping abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its operations.
  • Collaborating with external counsel as needed to address complex legal issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate.
  • Proven experience in corporate law, with a solid understanding of the legal landscape.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with remote working tools and technology.
