  • Working Pattern: Full Time (8.00am-5.00pm Monday-Thursday / 8.00am-3pm Fridays)

Responsibilities:

Join our client's dynamic Sales Team as a Sales Administrator! This exciting opportunity will allow you to showcase your IT skills, customer service expertise, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, this role is perfect for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Recording requests, customer information, and offers in the CRM database.
  • Answering email or telephone enquiries and updating information in the CRM systems, enabling smooth follow-ups by the Sales team.
  • Creating offers in the ERP system, diligently following up and setting reminders, ensuring effective communication with clients.
  • Assisting the Sales team in tracking ongoing enquiries and managing outstanding demo loans.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by resolving customer requests and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Liaising with transport carriers and couriers, ensuring efficient handling of shipments.
  • Supporting office management tasks and undertaking any reasonable duties required within the organisation.
  • Assisting in the creation of sales analysis reports using Excel and collecting data from the CRM system for management reports.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can hit the ground running. Sales Admin experience is required. After one month of training, our client expects you to showcase your initiative and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently while following established processes is crucial for success in this role.
