The Finance Business Partner will be a critical link between the Accounting & Finance department and operations. This is a "true" business partnering role in that most of your time will be spent liaising with non-financial stakeholders to provide financial insight. This role has a strong commercial slant, and the successful candidate will work alongside operations to analyse costs, pricing, P&L to enhance profitability.

- Manage and lead the financial planning and budgeting process.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should be / have:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
- Confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders
- Understanding / exposure to costing / analysis
- Relevant business partnering experience
Although not essential, prior experience using SAP would be highly advantageous.
Job Offer
- Salary in the region of £55,000 to £65,000
