Operations Coordinator

Salary £25,000- £27,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Operations Coordinator to join an established fast-growing supplies company. This role requires excellent prioritisation, planning skills, and effective communication with various stakeholders across the business.
Duties to Include:
- To monitor incoming emails/works orders, identify and action these
- To process new jobs/works orders liaising with engineers/drivers
- Stock ordering/monitoring stock list.
- Booking install and repairs
- To liaise with engineers concerning their jobs providing needed support such as access, parking, materials etc
- Planning/Scheduling daily works
- Liaise with customers when allocating & arranging work
- Follow up calls/emails with customers
Skills Needed:
- At least 2 years of experience needed preferably in a similar/related industry
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in IT ideally Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
