3rd Line IT Engineer - Networking

We seek a dedicated 3rd Line IT Engineer to join a dynamic team. You will play a key role in implementing and managing new projects, providing on-site support, and maintaining existing infrastructure. Your technical expertise will be crucial in ensuring optimal configurations and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage new installations
- Provide on-site end-user support
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing infrastructure
- Conduct thorough problem analysis and documentation
Essential Skills:
- 4-5 years in a similar role with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Azure, Office 365, Intune)
- Strong Cisco networking knowledge
- Experience with Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022) and virtualisation (Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with Active Directory/Azure AD, device support, and firewall configurations
