My client is a leading Lettings and Estate Agency. They are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
This role is ideal for candidates with at least one year's previous experience as a Negotiator with knowledge and experience of the Shaftesbury market, and who are now looking to take the next step in their career in a growing, independent agency.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Conduct viewings
- Coordinate any maintenance
- Arrange application fees and security deposits
This role requires excellent customer service, administrative and organisational skills. Candidates must have a professional and personal approach.
Due to the nature of this role, a driving licence and access to vehicle is essential, a parking permit is provided.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30 and alternate Saturdays 09.00 - 13.00 with half a day of in lieu of this time worked.
