Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor, this role will involve managing a caseload of insurance claims, in a customer-centric manner, reviewing documentation, interviewing and ensuring client expectations are exceeded.

The salary for this position is £25,000 per annum and is a permanent role near Cheltenham.

Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Salary: £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Hours: Flexible working patterns, Monday - Friday, shifts between 8am - 8pm and Weekends and Bank Holidays, shifts between 9am - 5pm
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Location: Near Cheltenham

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Ensuring that agreed key performance indicators are met and exceeded
  • Ensuring you deliver a timely quality product within client SLA
  • Managing customer and client complaints within the company and FCA guidelines
  • Assessing and planning the actions required to compile and complete a thorough investigation
  • Preparing and submitting completed reports and evidential files to clients
  • Settling and declining claims when necessary, following an agreed process

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • You should have experience holding conversations with claimants
  • Knowledge of insurance fraud is desirable
  • You should be able to work towards deadlines, and have experience writing reports
  • You should have excellent customer service
