Our client, based in Dorset, are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join their high-performing team.
This manufacturing business is a market leader in the FMCG sector, and currently require an Operations Manager to oversee the activities of several hundred staff in a very busy factory.
They are seeing a hands-on leader who will be present in the business and is able to motivate and develop their dedicated team, while overseeing and integrating several departments (manufacturing, engineering, logistics and despatch) effectively.
The role comes with an excellent salary/ppaclage to recognise the seniority of the position as well as excellent career progression through the business.
Ideally, candidates will come from Operations, production or factory management, and will have managed significant sized manufacturing teams.
