Description
- Handle and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all payments are made promptly and accurately
- Regularly reconcile supplier statements
- Work closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Provide support during audits as required
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting department
- Manage relationships with suppliers effectively
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
- A strong educational background in finance or a related field
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
