Description
- You will have overall responsibility for clients of the Walsall office. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries; building and developing long-standing relationships; and delegating work to your team to ensure all deadlines are met.
- A team of 10 employees will report into you - 2 managers and a mixture of trainees at varying levels in their own career
- Review work completed by team prior to review by partners - whom you report directly into
- Support with the wider business development of the practice - recruitment of new staff, growing the client base and developing the firms reputation in the market
Profile
- You will, ideally, be FCA or FCCA qualified - ACCA/ACA would be considered
- 10+ years of UK practice experience in a reputable practice
- Experience in managing a portfolio and team
- Have a proactive approach to problem solving and supporting client queries
