HR Case Manager

Hoop PS&HR are seeking an experienced HR professional for one of our valued Welsh-based clients. Our client has an exciting opening for a HR Case Manager to join the team on a 6-month fixed term basis, with potential extension possibilities. The successful candidate will join a highly supportive team, managing end-to-end employee relations (ER) cases across their area.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of occasional travel. Additional benefits include a salary offering up to £45,000 per annum, 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), employee assistance program and a generous pension scheme. This role requires someone who can start immediately and contribute effectively to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, providing advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Propose and implement solutions for various HR-related issues.
  • Identify and implement areas of improvement within HR processes.
  • Support the team with HR projects and initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to employee relations.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and trade unions.
  • Update and maintain relevant HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct MI reporting and analyse people metrics, data, and trends.

Key Requirements:

  • Solid HR background with extensive ER case management experience.
  • Ability to manage a large workload and deliver results.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working with trade unions is highly desirable.
  • Ability to influence at all levels.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
