Role: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Medway City Estate, Rochester, ME2
Hours: 08:00-16:30 or 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday
**Salary:**£25k-£35k DOE + Commission up to 20%
Qube Recruitment are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and grow one of our warm desks. A well established independent recruitment business that has desks covering temporary and permanent positions in the Driving, Commercial and Industrial sectors with national coverage.
Due to the growth of one of our desks, we are now looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic team here.
The role of Recruitment Consultant:
- Generate new client leads through interviewing candidates and general mapping of your assigned area.
- Cold call and visit all new leads to gain the opportunity to convert them.
- Attend service and new client meetings to better understand their needs.
- Negotiate rates and terms with clients for new temporary & permanent roles.
- Use social media and job boards to create attractive job adverts and to search for top talent.
Requirements for Recruitment Consultant:
- Proven experience in temporary or permanent recruitment.
- UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent time management & organisational skills.
