Our client is a friendly local company seeking an

enthusiastic and organised Administrative Assistant

to support a team of five. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in an office environment, or for an experienced administrator seeking a new role in a supportive team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
  • Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and post professionally and promptly
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Assist with website updates
  • Support general marketing and social media activity
  • Carry out other general office tasks as needed

About you:

  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well within a team and use your initiative
  • Previous office experience is welcome but not essential
