Our client is a friendly local company seeking an
enthusiastic and organised Administrative Assistant
to support a team of five. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in an office environment, or for an experienced administrator seeking a new role in a supportive team.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and post professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Assist with website updates
- Support general marketing and social media activity
- Carry out other general office tasks as needed
About you:
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well within a team and use your initiative
- Previous office experience is welcome but not essential
