Technical Support Specialist
Full time/37.5 hours (hybrid working)

Use your extensive experience in analytical dissolution and your exposure of creating and validating instrument methods to be successful in this challenging yet rewarding role.
Duties include:
- First point of call for customer enquiries on dissolution equipment.
- Instrument calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with sales team and field service engineers in regards to customer queries and demonstrations.
