We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our client's dynamic and skilled HR team. This pivotal role ensures a smooth and positive candidate experience while providing exposure to various HR functions within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire interview scheduling process, coordinating with candidates, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and hiring managers.
  • Schedule video and on-site interviews across multiple time zones, book rooms, and manage related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, interview schedules, and documentation.
  • Provide candidates with necessary information, ensure a positive experience, and address any concerns.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager, resolving scheduling conflicts and providing updates.

HR Support:

  • Assist with inductions when the Talent Development & Diversity Specialist is unavailable.
  • Remind new hires of required documents and deadlines, ensuring document accuracy and completeness.
  • Send reminders for appraisal deadlines and assist with filing.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or a similar administrative role is required; candidates from agency backgrounds will not be considered.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate records and schedules.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems or similar software is essential.
