My client is seeking a Client Service Administrator (CSA) to support their Financial Planners and ensure the delivery of excellent client service and communication. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the CSA will be a friendly and professional point of contact for their clients, managing client service needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients and enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Organise client meetings and manage Financial Planner's diary and workload.
  • Prepare client documentation for meetings and follow-up as per business processes.
  • Liaise with third parties and professionals regarding client investments, tax, or legal affairs.
  • Maintain client files to required compliance standards and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Process new business applications accurately and efficiently in a compliant manner.
  • Liaise with product providers for timely and accurate client responses.
  • Manage the data harvest process, portfolio valuations, and client transactions.
  • Organise and prepare for client review meetings as per the Annual Review Process.
  • Keep back-office systems up to date and manage ongoing client servicing requests.
