As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for our UK & Ireland operations.
Role Overview
As a Management Reporting & Cost Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
- Month-End Processes: Collaborate with the Finance team to deliver accurate financial reporting, including cost analysis and distribution channel profitability calculations.
- Management Reporting: Prepare and analyse comprehensive management reports for our UK & Ireland Executive Committee, providing insights into cash flow, FTE analysis, and cost efficiency.
- Cost Management: Drive cost optimisation through insightful reporting and analytics, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
- Data Analysis: Leverage your strong analytical skills to identify trends, assess risks, and support strategic decision-making.

Essential Skills
- Strong accounting knowledge (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, BI tools, and reporting systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- CIMA/ACCA qualification (preferred)
