Hunter Gatherer AHP has a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Biomedical Scientist with a background in Haematology to join a busy NHS hospital based in East Midlands. Please note that for this role you must have at least 12 months UK experience within a Haematology/Blood Transfusions laboratory.
- Job Title: Band 6
- Location: Devon
- Duration: Ongoing Locum Contract with a high likelihood of being extended.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00, with 37.5hrs per week
- Start Date: ASAP
- Rate of pay: £24-£26 dependant on experience paid via an accredited umbrella company.
Requirements and qualifications required for this role:
- Current HCPC Registration
- IBMS Accredited Degree
- Specific experience working within a Haematology/BT laboratory.
- At least 12 months UK experience in a lab.
- Experience using Sysmex XN FBC analysers and Werfen coagulation analysers.
