Payroll Manager

Our Payroll Manager will be accountable for:

  • Managing and running our monthly payroll
  • Liaising with our managed services payroll provider to maintain a strong and productive relationship
  • Liaising with our finance team to ensure monthly payment to our colleagues on time
  • Tracking changes to our payroll monthly, including changes to colleague details (address, contact details etc.), salaries, hourly pay (for hourly paid colleagues), changes to working hours, changes to tax codes, probation status of colleagues etc.
  • Managing the payroll onboarding process for new colleagues
  • Managing the administration of colleague benefits, including healthcare, company cars and other benefits
  • Keeping up to date records of our payroll documents and responding to payroll queries.
  • Maintaining confidentiality controls over GDPR protected data.

ABOUT YOU

  • You will be a good fit with client culture, excited by our mission and ready to engage with the client Way of Working. If you don't have that, it does not matter what else you do or do not have!
  • You will be CIPP qualified and able to demonstrate a track record of payroll management of medium to large payrolls.
  • You will be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
  • You will be able to demonstrate focus and tenacity, especially to resolve issues.
