Executive Assistant

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Technology Officer. This role is crucial for managing a busy and complex diary, including travel arrangements, and requires someone who can start immediately.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and coordinate the CTO's schedule, ensuring efficient use of time and prioritisation of important tasks.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and organise meetings, including venue booking, agenda setting, and minute-taking.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CTO, handling correspondence and phone calls.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, and expense reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time-management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with diary management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in the biotechnology or related industry is advantageous.
