This role is pivotal in managing commercial contracts, GDPR compliance, procurement, and more. You'll be starting ASAP for a minimum of three months, contributing significantly to the organisation's recent rapid expansion.

Description
The In-House Counsel will:
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with new and existing healthcare providers.
- Ensure GDPR compliance across all organisational operations.
- Oversee procurement processes and legal documentation.
- Provide legal advice on various healthcare-related matters.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the organisation's objectives.
Profile
The In-House Counsel should have:
- 7+ years PQE.
- Proven experience in healthcare law and commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR regulations and compliance.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to a minimum three-months.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
