We're searching for a confident and professional individual, to join our client's busy and expanding team.
In this role, you'll support various teams across the company to ensure the business adheres to all policies and procedures.
No matter your work history or education background, your personality, communication skills, and attention to detail are what will make you thrive in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with underwriters and sales teams to ensure accurate processing of business in line with policies and deadlines.
- Review finance documents, calculate and verify rental profiles, rates, and commissions.
- Adhere to Governance and Compliance standards in all reporting and reviewing activities.
- Understand and administer all types of finance agreements on their inhouse platform.
- Prepare and process correct payments to suppliers, brokers, and customers.
- Ensure prompt delivery of customer welcome packs and manage direct debit mandates.
- Allocate cash receipts and process agreement settlements.
- Promote teamwork to ensure a seamless customer experience.
The ideal individual:
- Experience within retail / hospitality.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Quick learner with strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent team working and communication skills.
- Business awareness and customer-focused approach.
