Impression Recruitment are supporting our client, one of the leading estate agencies in Northallerton and the wider North East region, in their search for a
Sales & Lettings Negotiator
on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a professional outfit, who are seen as local property experts, offering a range of services to their clients. With an ongoing portfolio of circa 70 properties, our client really is one of the "go to" estate agencies in the area. You will be working across both the sales and lettings departments within the business, providing quality levels of customer service and driving sales/revenue within the branch to achieve company targets. Ideally, you will have experience of working within the property industry, however our client would also consider candidates with sales experience in other industries, that are focused on developing a career in the property sector. To be successful you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as the drive to achieve goals and targets, and provide excellent levels of customer service.
Sales & Lettings Negotiator Duties:
- Negotiating offers on properties for sales and lettings, maintaining communication between all parties in the process.
- Progressing sales and lettings through to completion.
- Preparing property/tenancy agreements and other deal dependent documents.
- Processing invoices and payments.
- Booking and completing property viewings and valuations.
- Maintaining client and tenant details on internal system.
- Matching potential buyers and tenants to properties.
- Being a point of contact for clients via telephone, email and face-to-face.
Skills Required:
- Ability to provide high levels of customer service.
- Confident with IT systems such as Word and Excel.
- Possess a full UK driving license (essential).
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
As Sales & Lettings Negotiator you will receive a salary of between £21,500 and £25,000 per annum + annual bonus. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm plus one in three Saturdays, 9am – 4pm, for which you will receive a day off in lieu for the following week.
