About the Role:
I am currently working with a school in Middlesbrough who are looking for a school caretaker to join them on a full-time basis. This position requires working across two sites in Hartlepool and Stockton. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of our school facilities, maintaining a safe and clean environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- General maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring the security of the school premises
- Managing cleaning and waste disposal
- Overseeing health and safety compliance
- Supporting school events and activities
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS check (required)
- Valid driving licence (required)
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
