Bookkeeper Administrator

Reed Accountancy are currently assisting a successful SME on the outskirts of Crawley who are seeking a part time Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant to join their small team. This role will report to the Company Secretary/MD.

As part time Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant you will assist with day to day bookkeeping and admin duties including:

  • Processing purchase ledger on to sage line 50
  • Raising sales ledger invoices
  • Completion of manual cash book and bank reconciliation at month end
  • Answering calls and dealing with queries
  • Assisting with general admin duties

Requirements

  • Good accounts and admin experience
  • Good knowledge of Sage 50
  • Flexible team player who is used to working in a small team
  • Car driver essential due to location
