Reed Accountancy are currently assisting a successful SME on the outskirts of Crawley who are seeking a part time Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant to join their small team. This role will report to the Company Secretary/MD.
As part time Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant you will assist with day to day bookkeeping and admin duties including:
- Processing purchase ledger on to sage line 50
- Raising sales ledger invoices
- Completion of manual cash book and bank reconciliation at month end
- Answering calls and dealing with queries
- Assisting with general admin duties
Requirements
- Good accounts and admin experience
- Good knowledge of Sage 50
- Flexible team player who is used to working in a small team
- Car driver essential due to location
