Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing a Lancashire Housing Association to recruit a temporary housing assistant on an initial 8-week contract. The role offers £21.24 per hour via Umbrella company alongside hybrid working.
Housing Assistant – Housing Association – About The Role:
- Provide effective administrative support to the Area Housing Team. This will include document management, utilising payment systems and ensuring IT systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner
- Register and manage the application process onto the relevant choice-based lettings systems and QLX, making decisions on the awarding of priority in line with policy for all types of housing and garages
- Respond to telephone, email and task tray queries, resolving as much as possible at first point of contact
Housing Assistant – Housing Association – What You Need:
- Experience in delivering housing allocations and working with choice-based lettings systems
- Experienced in QLX
- Excellent customer service
