We are looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Assistant to join on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 6 months.
£27,000 - £30,000 + Hybrid working + Competitive benefits package
Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
- On boarding new suppliers
- Completing credit checks
- Raising payments
- Processing and reconciling expenses, credit card payments
- Manage the accounts payable ledger - Taking accountability end to end process
- Assist with month-end activities
- Additional ad-hoc finance duties to assist the wider team
Person specification:
- Previous experience in managing an AP ledger - End to end
- Experience in dealing with multi-entities - Desirable
- Excellent people skills - Character who enjoys interacting & communicating with people at all levels
- Confident using Excel - Pivots, VLOOKups
- A pro-active, resilient attitude
- The ability to work off own initiative but also a brilliant team player
- A willingness to learn
- The ability to handle a fast paced environment & change
