This role is perfect for those passionate about education and looking to gain valuable classroom experience for the full academic year starting in September 2024.
Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive learning environment by covering lessons in the absence of regular teachers. Your main responsibilities will include delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behavior, and supporting students with their learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes and deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teachers.
- Maintain a productive and orderly classroom environment.
- Support and engage students to ensure they remain on task.
Requirements:
- Experience in a classroom or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects and classroom settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
