About the Role:

As a Service Desk Analyst at Saint-Gobain Digital, you will be the first point of contact for IT queries across all our UK & Ireland businesses. You will play a critical role in providing first-line support for application issues, communication, and hardware queries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT queries from colleagues across Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland.
  • Handle application issues, communication, and hardware queries efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to colleagues at all levels of the business.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure swift resolution of technical problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
