Change Manager - Midlands - Outside IR35 - £550-£600 p/d
My client is looking for a Change Manager to join their team for a very exciting transformation project. This includes the modernisation of the informational systems and business processes. This Change Manager will support the business in adapting to the changes, working with the program team and business through the implementation and successful transition to the new application. You will be working closely with the IT Project Manager and will be responsible for the preparation and realisation of the desired outcomes.
You will need
- Experience evaluating the impact of the planned organisational changes, including identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tactic in managing any anticipated resistance to change.
- Be able to develop the change management plan to realise expected benefits of the application project.
- Experience and ability to adjust working styles appropriate for all levels of the organisation and perform all duties in a professional manner.
- Previous experience leading successfully the change management function on software implementations in a geographically diverse delivery through to conclusion.
This role will be home based with potential for 1 day a week in office (North Birmingham) for workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement, also a level of travel to sites around the UK during roll-out phase of project will be required.
