The Recruitment Co are looking for Ad-Hoc Receptionists to work a variety of ad-hoc and short term assignments with their clients across Dundee.
Duties:
- Greeting customers.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls.
- Engage with visiting customers.
- Helping customers navigate through the building.
- Supplying customers with refreshments.
What we are looking for:
- Previous administrative/reception experience desirable.
- Excellent customer service.
- Adaptable to meet the needs of each employer.
- IT literate.
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice.
