Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Cheltenham - up to £25k basic £40k package

Due to continued growth within their Sales Department they are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing buyers on a day-to-day basis, including generating and conducting property viewings, obtaining offers, and maintaining records in our internal database. You'll also handle enquiries from various sources—whether via phone, internet, or walk-ins—in a professional manner.
Main Duties for the Sales Negotiator Role:
- Proactively seeking out potential clients and developing new business opportunities
- Providing expert advice on the local property market and guiding clients through the buying/selling process
- Conducting property viewings and offering detailed information
- Generating offers, negotiating deals, and closing sales
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and buyers
- Staying up to date with industry trends and developments in the Cheltenham property market
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet client needs
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license
