Established over 20 years ago, this diverse building contractor is growing their maintenance division and looking for a motivated maintenance plumber who is seeking career progression and further training and development. Carry out mechanical PPMS, regular checks, repairs and some install work when required for an expanding list of commercial clients.
The role of the maintenance plumber will involve:
- Carry out mechanical PPM's, quoted works, small amounts of install when required and reactive plumbing repairs in commercial buildings
- Be on a call rota of 1 in 10 and 1 week on standby
- Travelling to commercial sites across london
The successful maintenance plumber will need:
* Happy to travel around london - driving licence required
- NVQ Level 2 plumbing
- Willing and wanting to learn and develop themselves
