Business Accounts Administrator

We're seeking a talented and versatile Business Accounts Administrator to join our clients team based outside Leadburn, Midlothian.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to our clients business operations while developing your skills in data analysis and IT systems.
About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for tracking, analysing, and reporting on inventory data. You will also handle a range of administrative tasks and play a pivotal role in enhancing their IT systems for improved efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Create financial and statistical reports using Excel to identify trends and optimize operations.
- Financial Management: Manage electricity accounts, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and negotiate contracts to minimize expenses.
- Administrative Support: Handle purchase orders, invoices, and customer documentation while providing general office support.
- IT Systems Development: Contribute to the improvement of our IT systems by analysing requirements and implementing solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Valid driving license and own transport essential due to location
