We're looking for a Business Compliance Manager to join Revolut's Expansion team and provide robust, informed compliance insight while supporting expansion activities into new territories.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing compliance domain expertise to your department
  • Supporting the risk governance process for expansion initiatives by identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing regulatory compliance, conduct, and culture risks
  • Ensuring compliance with the design and distribution of products across jurisdictions
  • Providing solutions to compliance problem statements, liaising cross-departmentally as needed to solve compliance issues

What you'll need

  • Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
  • Knowledge and experience in regulatory requirements relating to consumer protection, and a willingness and passion to develop knowledge and expertise in the other areas
  • Proven ability to quickly ramp up on legislation and regulation knowledge relating to financial activities across a variety of markets
  • Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation
  • A highly logical and data-driven quantitative approach to solving problems
  • Expertise with payments, prepaid cards, or deposits
  • A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
  • The ability to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulators

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with (and/or significant interest in) advising on fintech and payments
  • Experience providing detailed counselling advice on innovative and customer-facing products
  • Experience working on regulatory investigations and dealing with breach investigations

Compensation range

  • Vilnius: €3,600 - €5,400 gross monthly*
  • Lithuania: €3,600 - €5,400 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
  • *Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
