Interim HR Advisor

We are looking for an interim HR Advisor to work closely with our Science, Development and Strategy & Innovation teams to deliver a proactive, high quality, flexible Human Resources service for the whole employee lifecycle. The role will work closely with the HR Business Partner and manage an HR Co-ordinator and HR Administrator to implement the team's operating plan.

This is an exciting moment to join the HR team at the Museum. We are working on major projects including transforming talent acquisition, reviewing our reward structures, and supporting our top talent, to ensure that our people are best placed to deliver the Museum's ambitious strategy.

You will be tasked with building strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation, using your excellent communication skills. As a trusted Advisor you will be expected to handle employee relations case management (absence, performance, grievances) with the support of the HR Business Partner. Some other responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, emphasizing our focus on diversity, working on implementing HR policies, supporting performance reviews and keeping updated on employment law.
