Location: Brentford
Hours: Full-time, 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our clients Facilities Team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing a comprehensive facilities service, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for staff and students at our educational site.
This is initially a 2 month assignment with the possibility of an extension
Day-to-day of the role:
- Maintain the buildings and grounds to ensure they are safe and well-kept.
- Conduct regular inspections and carry out minor repairs as necessary.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and proactivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a caretaking or facilities role.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
