I am currently recruiting an experienced Private Client Solicitor with circa 3 years' PQE, either as a Solicitor or Legal Executive on behalf of my leading L200 client.
STEP Diploma qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
You will be joining a busy Private Client team, providing services to a broad range of clients that include:
- Will drafting and succession planning
- Estate administration
- Trust creation and administration
- Power of attorney creation and administration
- Court of protection applications
This role will primarily be based in Leeds but it is desirable if you could attend the Bradford office when required.
