Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Design and implement technical solutions, including custom plugins, workflows, and integrations
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the delivered solutions
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Dynamics 365 CE implementations
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
- Contribute to the documentation of technical designs, configurations, and procedures
- Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, specializing in CRM/CE solutions
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
- Familiarity with Azure services and integrations with Dynamics 365
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or higher
- Experience with Dynamics 365 marketing, field service, or portals
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
