We are seeking an enthusiastic Procurement Trainer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in procurement, particularly in the public sector, who is eager to share their knowledge and develop their training skills. Your engaging personality and passion for teaching will help professionals build their procurement expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct interactive training sessions on procurement, focusing on public sector practices
  • Facilitate discussions and activities that cater to various learning styles
  • Assist senior trainers with advanced courses

Course Preparation:

  • Help prepare and adapt training materials to suit different audiences
  • Ensure content is clear and accessible

Learner Support:

  • Provide guidance and motivation to participants during and after sessions
  • Collect feedback to improve training programs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Basic understanding of procurement, with some public sector experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for teaching and developing others
  • CIPS Level 2 or 3 qualification, or willingness to obtain it
  • Experience in a training or mentoring role
