Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery:
- Conduct interactive training sessions on procurement, focusing on public sector practices
- Facilitate discussions and activities that cater to various learning styles
- Assist senior trainers with advanced courses
Course Preparation:
- Help prepare and adapt training materials to suit different audiences
- Ensure content is clear and accessible
Learner Support:
- Provide guidance and motivation to participants during and after sessions
- Collect feedback to improve training programs
Qualifications and Experience:
- Basic understanding of procurement, with some public sector experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for teaching and developing others
- CIPS Level 2 or 3 qualification, or willingness to obtain it
- Experience in a training or mentoring role
